My name is Norah Altwaijri, I am born and raised in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Since I was a kid I had a feeling that I will be an artist or a designer. I noticed myself while I was watching movies or cartoons picking up on little details from the style of furniture to city backgrounds. I loved the sciences but my love for creativity led me to this twelve year journey in the creative world of interior design and architecture.
This love of design grew up with me and led me to pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Mohammad bin Fahd University. After working for two years in my hometown in Saudi Arabia, I decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California. After receiving my master's degree, I worked as an architectural designer at the global leading firm Perkins and Will at their studio in Los Angeles. Aside from six years of experience in both interior design and architecture, I have had the pleasure of representing Saudi Arabia in a number of global settings in different countries. The latest was in Italy where I was part of the Saudi Arabian Pavilion at the La Biennale di Venezia in 2018.

My older brother, myself and my two younger sisters were raised by a single mother after losing our father in a car accident in 2004. My mother has always been my biggest motivator and inspirer. Because of her I am the strong professional woman I am today. I dedicate all my success and achievements to her and cannot wait to see where my life will go next!
